The Bible instructs us to cast our cares — our burdens and anxieties — on to the LORD and he will sustain us. Why? Because we can’t handle them. If we don’t throw them off they’ll weigh us down and can even ruin us. Venting is necessary and the LORD is the best person to vent to!
